Immersive Media Sales Representative for Interactive Branding and Marketing

Snibbe Interactive (www.snibbeinteractive.com), an award winning, world-renowned social interactive media company, is seeking a new Immersive Media Sales Representative in the U.S. for Branding and Marketing. Candidates should be based in San Francisco or New York City.

The ideal candidate is a charismatic, hardworking individual with a proven track record of successful sales and business development in advertising, branding, or entertainment. As Immersive Media Sales Representative, you will follow up and cultivate new business via current qualified and unqualified retail, corporate and advertising leads; you will also cultivate new advertising, branding, entertainment, retail and corporate leads through online research, calls to prospects and trade shows; and you will attend quarterly trade shows, and develop relationships with end-users and advertising and branding agencies.

We have a consistent stream of inbound leads from referrals and web marketing which you will qualify and bring through our business development process. This position is a commision only agent position for the first 60-90 days, after which time you will be a candidate for a full-time Business Development Director position, based on your performance as an agent.

Requirements:

  • B.A./B.S. or higher, plus at least 3 years experience in business development for a creative/technology industry or in advertising and branding
  • Very strong analytical skills in business and social arenas
  • Well-honed written, verbal and creative communication skills--you should be extremely comfortable building and maintaining relationships on the phone
  • Strong understanding and experience of working with customers, partners and account executives, and ability to translate that experience into tactical insight
  • A commitment to the shared positive social values of our company
  • Able to travel nationally for trade shows and select client meetings
  • Familiarity with related businesses of corporate marketing, interactive advertising, interactive entertainment, interactive branding, or exhibit design.
  • Ability to prioritize and work effectively to meet multiple deadlines
  • Ideally based in San Francisco or New York City

Responsibilities:

  • During a 90-day training period, follow up on current leads to learn how our business is developed and closed
  • Develop new leads and move them through the sales pipeline according to company targets via online research, calls to prospects and trade shows
  • Make 25-50 weekly calls to prospects and, after training close at least 1 deal per month
  • Write proposal documents for qualified leads
  • Document all activitied using Salesforce CRM software for accurate lead tracking, pipeline reporting, and metrics
  • Work closely with CEO and Creative Director to develop creative pitches to qualified leads
  • Communicate frequently with clients through the project process, enhancing and building long-term relationships
  • Position reports to the CEO

Compensation is commision only, with pre-approved travel expenses reimbursed. Full commission details will be provided during initial interview. Snibbe Interactive's headquarters is in San Francisco with staff and operations also in New York, Los Angeles, London, Tokyo and Dubai.
